  • 401(k) Plan - Company match up to 2% of gross income with graded vesting at the rate of 20% per year.
  • Life/ADD Insurance - Company paid insurance for $15,000 policy for employee and up to $2000 for dependents.
  • Voluntary Benefits - Chose from a variety of voluntary group life, disability, accident or dental insurance.
