HDC MidAtlantic Suspends Resident Group Activities At All Housing Communities

LANCASTER, PA – Out of an abundance of caution regarding the spread of COVID-19effective March 13 HDC MidAtlantic (HDC) has suspended resident group activities for all 58 of its housing communities. This protocol will remain in place until further notice.

“Our number one priority continues to be the health and safety of our staff and our residents,” stated HDC’s President and CEO Dana Hanchin. “While we are living in a time of uncertainty, we believe that working together we can move through this. HDC is proud of all the ways, big and small, that our team has stepped up to this challenge.

HDC’s staff has implemented a holistic action plan to monitor and evaluate the risk of exposure and infection for our staff and residents, and is following guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local public health officials across the footprint of our operations.

We will post any further updates on our website and on social media.
